I think you only have to pick up a women's weekly chat magazine to see an array of bizarre names. Coco, Blanket, Satchel, Princess, Apple, Scout, Birdie etc. I feel really sorry for those celeb babies. Good to hear common sense prevailed in your example.
You forgot the name Wallpaper... What were the parents thinking?????

I worked with a German colleague called Ernst Koch.

The company phone directory listed him as Herr E. Koch.

    Spoiler:

"A recently-born baby named Nutella was renamed by a court in the French city of Valenciennes after a judge ruled that the parents’ decision to the name the child after a food was against the child’s interest"

So, what's the strangest name you've heard for a child?

    :yum:
Thankfully a court ruled the parents couldn't give the child that name, thankfully. Nevertheless, this is why we can't have nice things. I've heard of people giving their kids different names to try and be trendy but some people take it too far. We've seen that all too often with celebrities.

The court also renamed the child after the parents failed to show up to the hearing. Says a lot....

When Skyrim came out Bethesda ran a promotion where they would give the parents a free copy of the game (or something) if they named their new born child Dovahkiin.

It's an actual Hindi name, but in English it sounds funny. It's "Sukhdeep"

I was going to be called "Sohail Khan" as a kid I LOVE the name "Sohail" with the surname of "Khan".... (My surname now differs from every one in my family lol)
