    Soggy biscuit, best of 3.
I just googled to find out what 'Soggy biscuit' means. You have mentally scarred me.

It's a concern because that's the issue that's being talked about. Duplicating effort is never good.
My interpretation from what I've seen is that they're formalising and specialising what was a subsection into it's own full dedicated section. Not duplication, but splitting off and reconstituting.

Plus, this looks good for the MoD who can say that despite massive and endless cuts, they're actually creating new units...

In my experience, the best way of overcoming the problem is a local interpreter who has a habit of telling you what you want to hear or saying what he thinks you meant And not what you said

Porn driven losers haven't driven any improvements in AFG.

Why were they inspired by the Chindits Is it some kind of ironic joke because the Chindits were far behind enemy lines while these guys presumably will be doing most of their work in Berkshire? Kinda mean.

I'd rather leave stuff like that to the civilian intelligence agencies.

Think the pair of you have got your wires crossed (somewhat ironic given the subject matter), you're each referring to different people. Maturestudent is referring to the insurgents/insurgent sympathisers on Twitter as the porn driven losers, echoing comments by Boris Johnson.
