I very much doubt that they would send you somehting if you didn't indicate you wnated it.

They probably won't take legal action but they are entitled to the coin back if they come around and the details of the person you fill in does not live there (obviously)

If they do give it to the debt company and they pursue it, dont forget that they can put a black mark on your credit history - if it works out that they manage to put a mark on the persons history (even if they don't exist - iyswim) then that amrk can go down against everyone who lives in yuor house when going for credit later
