I did think about it... it's just the 2 courses out of 5 are quite easy: Psychology (my friend said so) and Russian (which i already know well). i'm not sure about how hard psychology is, though.

does anyone study it?

I guess it depends what exam board you are on, but my friend does Psychology and at AS they had to learn 11 case studies for their exam, and at A2 he has around 50 case studies to learn, which is quite a lot. :P

My timetabling works like this:
Every subject has 5h per week
Except for Friday we have one hour lesson of each subject every day (1.5 and 0.5h once in a week but on average 1h)
One EPQ lesson per week
Two hours compulsory sports on Friday
One hour of free period everyday except Friday

Assuming 4 AS Subjects, at my school we get:
* 11 50-minute periods per subject per fortnight (2 week alternating timetable), usually arranged into doubles or triples.
* 1-3 frees/study periods per day (apart from 1 day out of the 10).

I have 6 50 minute periods per subject and I do 4 subjects. And I have 7 study periods.
