I'm 3/4 kenyan and 1/4 Kenyan. Interesting mix, I know!ask me anything :-)
why does being Kenyan merit an AMA thread. It's like having an 'I'm British AMA' thread... Do you not feel by creating such a thread you are contributing to the 'otherness' surrounding being black. What are you expecting to be asked?

its pretty easy to go and find out information about Kenya, I feel like information about the country is pretty widespread. You wouldn't see a 'I'm French AMA' thread. In my opinion by having this thread in conjunction with the threads about black girls often on TSR you're just perpetuating the idea of Africans as 'others' something exotic and/or different that warrants an ask me anything thread :/

Not everything has an ulterior subtext or motive. The seriousness on tsr is too much sometimes. if you look at the questions asked (oh wait, they're in Swahili and about my personal opinion and stuff about ME). Unfortunately that information isn't widespread. It's not that deep.
