    I disagree with your point perhaps if you said poor at 18 instead of 20 most young people have endless opportunities and time to acquire wealth. Also what would you class as poor anyway you probably have a different perception of what poor is than someone else.

    Its rather unlikely anywhere in the world if you are poor at 18 that you won't be poor at 20.

    Also it is taking into account if you were poor at 20 you simply didn't have all that great a start in life but by 30 you should have been able to make up for the disadvantages.
