    Hey,
I used to sleep quite a lot and apart from the typical 'you're growing and so need more rest', my blood tests showed that I had a vitamin D deficiency. This was because I had low levels of calcium, making my body work overtime to try and help my bones absorb more vitamin D. After taking calcium pills for a short while I did find myself needing fewer naps

It's simple associate naps during the day with laziness, think of a lazy bum in bed all day 24/7, how sluggish and stupid are they. They are not sick physically or mentally, just lazy. Have that plastered in your mind and you will only associate your bed for nighttime only
It works every time for me. I have a strict rule and that is bed should only be used for sleeping at night. Any sign of sleepyness = exercise, get up and do something, yawning a sign of weakness do not yawn. Of course if it's 10pm at night, then sleep but during the day it's no go area
