    I touched on this point in this thread's first post. It's could easily be true that South Indians are less likely to lean towards politics as a future career option.

    I have no clue how to find out statistics on ethnic minority candidates who haven't gotten into Parliament, but it might reveal why there are so few South Indian MPs.
