    of course it will, exercise burns off energy you gain from food!

    * note - if you want to lose weight only perform cardiovascular exercise, weight training is good but as it builds muscle mass you could consequently gain weight (muscle)!

    8 minutes time above 90% VO2 max per session or 8 minutes total per session?

    ah I didnt monitor weight loss but saw my face and belly fat decrease after 1 session
