Try not to stress out. If you're worried, you can make an appointment with your GP 4/6 strands doesn't sound like a lot of hair falling out at once though....?

Do you often wear your hair in the same style? Sometimes, if you often wear your hair up in the same way it puts pressure on the roots which eventually causes it to fall out.
Yh, it's probably cause of thinking a lot and stuff and I don't usually have the same hair style but I know what you mean

I just checked the foods to eat that are rich in Iron, but 90% am allergic to :/
Honestly, trying to diagnose yourself over the internet is the worst thing you can do! I'd try not to worry too much right now, make an appointment and see what happens. Hopefully you'll find the cause of your hair loss .

omg shutup. It's not that am sure.
It is possible it might be something called Alopecia Areata, essentially localised alopecia.

Is the hair being lost from a single spot or is it more strands coming from random places on your scalp? If it is from a single area then it is very likely to be alopecia areata.

It's actually much more common than you'd think, usually resolves itself within a few months but if not can be treated successfully the majority of the time with a series of corticosteroid injections into the affected area.

It might be to do with your diet. What kind of stuff do you eat?

    4/6 strands is normal though?
Anyways Alpecin shampoo is quite good. Keeps hair stronger if you use it on a regular basis.

dont eat sugars and high carbohydrates everyday, exercise more, and if you have a painful scalp, then use coconut oil.

The doctor really won't know much, and would need to be referred to a skin and hair specialist , forgot what its called, but ask them doctor to refer.

Just for general hair and scalp health (sorry that I'm not of more use here) don't shampoo or condition everyday, don't go in too long showers, nor too hot, and perhaps use coconut oil overnight occasionally? It does great for keeping your scalp and hair moisturised. Sorry that none of this is tailored, but these all affect hair health regardless.

4/5 strands is not a lot of hair to lose...
