    Some do, some don't. You'd get more comments for wearing a full face all the time than not wearing any. Many go for fairly basic, as ForestCat says. I don't wear any, but then I rarely do day-to-day anyway, plus I cycle into work and shower there, so it wouldn't be very practical. But I live in scrubs and trainers, so not the best person to ask about medical workwear fashions!

    Definitely any med student wearing a tie would look a bit of a **** though.
