I bought earphones for £1.60, they've lasted me a whole year and they probably still sound better than yours.

Because I use my earphones for leisure and exercise. Considering they get tossed around a lot, shoved in my rucksack and down my shirt while I erg, I am not going to get some ridiculously priced earphones for this use. I replace my earphones every half year or so anyway.

    Gold please. Sure.

Again, why do I need noise cancelling for running?

It may be good to buy some sports ones priced around £30, and normal ones over/on ear for like £70. That way you get better sound quality for not that much more money, if you're constantly replacing cheap ones.

    I relate.

When do you think the aliens will come?

Do you think we are ready for them?

Oh, earphones. Those horrible little things that don't fit in my ears. NONE OF THEM.
    Even on-ear headphones slip off.

I'm therefore limited to investing in full-cup over-ear headphones... great sound though

The ones I got came with different buds to fit ear sizes.

£70 for earphones is worth it. The quality of sound is very much noticeable between cheap and middle range earphones. Many would consider £70 the lower end tbh... it is difficult to get decent PC gaming ones for less than about £30-40

My computer headphones (over ear cups) with microphone were £25, and they are exactly what I need. Noise cancelling microphone too, plantronics.
There are better things to spend on than a £55 price jump for minimal sound change.

I've tried them all. Big and small. All of them just fall out after less than 30 seconds of putting them in.

Plus the sound from earphones is incomparable to 30mm+ drivers :')

Personally I consider £70 low end, but there again I believe in quality over quantity, or in this case, value.

    What earphones are they?

    Do they tangle?

What will be the first song you listen to with them?

They are £15 Betrons from Amazon, learnt my lesson to spend a little more than £5 to avoid stuff that breaks after a few months.

They don't tangle too bad, due to the anti-tangle flat cable.

    It was M83 oblivion LOL.
