Why are SNP MPs so against English devolution?

They say everyone else has devolution, why can't we? If you want to do, do it properly and do not disturb Westminster.
Because most people have the sense to realise that we are over-endowed with parliamentarians already and neither need nor want an extra layer of bureaucracy and cost. The English MPs can do the job without incurring huge extra costs.
We need to trim the number of MPs and lords, not increase it.
