    Why do you say that?
Can something so different be equal?

Just like how in a pack of wolves the physically superior one is the leader, men are physically stronger than woman, so are greater
    Agreed!

Life is a complex series of exchanges, equality in anything is rare to non existent or the ecology of life could not work.

Yes. We're equal before the law which is what matters.

We're unequal in other respects which does not have to do with our sex. Men are extremely unequal amongst ourselves. We have wildly different abilities and skills within our own sex.

Again, the equality that matters and is possible is institutional and legal. The other kinds of equality do not exist even among people of the same sex.

Men and women are quite different due to how we have evolved. Men tend to have a greater percent of muscle and brains that better focus on one task to help in the days of hunting. Women have bodies fit for bearing children and so have a higher percent of fat (on average) and brains that can better handle multiple issues at once more fitting to care for little ones.
However as individuals we should be/are all equal and should have equal opportunities to do what we want to do

That "men are stronger than women" is *******s - it's purely because how they have been brought up.
The world of science disputes this, somewhat.

Here is a bunch of evidence:

Essentially, testosterone makes it easier for men to gain muscle mass.

It's also positively correlated with intelligence and stress-handling ability.

The average man has 100 times the testosterone of the average woman.

Are men socialised into having higher testosterone?

Exactly, you have no evidence. When boys are brought up, it's okay in the eyes of society to play things like football and rugby, and do sport and fighting. That is not okay in the eyes of society for a girl, who is seen as fragile and must grow up playing dolls and being pretty. They never built up that strength when growing up.

Men are smarter, stronger, better planners, more emotionally resilient, better leaders, etc. Most of these statements are all thoroughly supported in the scientific literature, and it is sad that people are so brainwashed these days that science has to be quoted for such a truism.

Women have evolved to be supporters.

Telling women they are equal to men and then forcing them to act like men is the reason that they are the unhappiest since records began. Feminism and equalism has made women the unhappiest they have ever been.

Then again, I get the impression that many women would rather be unhappy, single and miserable "Because equality!!!!!" than submissive, married and happy. They are welcome to compete in the harsh world, but they should receive no special treatment.
Seriously could not agree more, particularly with receiving special treatment; standards shouldn't drop just so women can feel pleased about being able to have the same job role as a man.

Not all boys do sports and even an overweight man at 30, who has never played sport in his life, could start going the gym and change his diet and get stronger and still be stronger than a woman. Boys are genetically stronger than girls and so they should be.

Talk about sexist. Jfc. Above is the stereotypical view of a man and a woman, which you have adopted as the truth and what society previously labelled as correct. Catch up on your decade and understand that anyone, regardless of their sex, is equal and capable of anything, whether it be physical, mental or otherwise.

    Of course not.

You hardly see women in top positions because when they get pregnant things won't be the same again.

Its hard for them to get promoted because of their gender stereotypes- employers hate maternuty leaves
