    If you wanna skip breakfast, skip breakfast. There's a plethora of evidence, which is forever increasing, that shows a tonne of benefits of Intermittent Fasting, which is solely based around skipping meals and having "eating windows". All the stuff about breakfast increasing metabolism and similar claims have long since been disproved a million times over. The only issue is whether or not you feel like you can make it through the morning and carry out tasks without breakfast - if you can, there's no problem whatsoever. As long as you're in a caloric deficit, you'll lose weight.

    Thanks for the feedback guys. As promised I've been upping my weights - up to 5kg dumbbells for squats and 3.5 for lunges. Still doing the same number and just going up on weight when it gets too easy.
    Results so far: stomach flatter (because of eating less ****, I suspect, just not bloated) and butt and thigh gains. My arse is much firmer and also bigger - more towards the top
