Fair enough, but personally by the time I'm 25 i would rather have finished my degree long ago, have gone travelling, and own a house with my boyfriend.

Come on... 25 years was about the age Phoebe, Monica, Rachel, Chandler, Ross and Joey were when Friends started. How is that a depressing age?! Sounds like one of the best ages tbh.

To be fair, monica and rachel illegally lived in their apartment which had a rent control lease under monica's grandmother's name.
Chandler and joey's would have been a lot cheaper and chandler earnt quite a lot anyway and helped joey out on rent.
Ross was a lecturer, dont know how much they earn but probably enough.
And pheobe orginally lived with her grandmother.

    So not that implausible really...

Edit: friends is my favourite tv show, if you couldn't tell 😉

    Nope. Not one bit.

I will graduate next year and whilst my friends worry about buying houses with their girlfriends (or the single friends who worry about buying things for their many cats) I'm sat here worried about the next place I'm going to travel to. I've already travelled extensively on my own, with randomers, with family etc but there are still major places I need to cross out.

The linear paradigm that is A levels > uni > job > career > kids > divorce > nice car bores me and I can already see my friends going down that route. If that's what you want - fair enough. But if you're not happy at any of the stages then re evaluate.

    Next stop,

    The sunny beaches of Brazil.

Sunny beaches of Brazil?! I am one huge jelly bean

That is so awesome, I too would love to travel as many places I can when I get the time. You must have so many stories and adventures, and that is so much fun!
Oh dear, cat people at 24? I thought they started getting cats at 40
