Hello
My bedtime is usually after midnight, sometimes 1 - 2 am but lately trying to get into better sleeping hours so around 10:30 - 11 :30 lately.
I usually fall asleep instantly or within 3 minutes of my head hitting the pillow but usually it is instant
hope this helpsThat said, my ability to get to sleep has improved dramatically since I've installed colour filter apps on my devices to stop the blue light from disturbing my circadian rhythm

Yup, I usually falls asleep asap once I get into bed, sometimes 2 - 3 minutes but would say pretty much instantly most of the time -

Usually around 1am.
I find that I need at least 5 hours if it's a weekday, but I can never sleep for more than 8 (at weekends)Last edited by Indeterminate; 17-02-2016 at 23:26.
