You should let your future girls know that
My future girl doesn't need teaching, it'll come so naturally :daydreaming:

Personally I'm a psycho ***** so it's never been the case in any of my relationships
You're not that bad, and you've yet to enter a relationship with a man worthy of the above title, so that figures..

There's plenty of ways to encourage girls to participate without making it some weird rule that no boy can contribute until a girl has... keeping discussions controlled and orderly will mean girls feel more able to butt in rather than feeling they have to be able to shout the loudest to say anything, asking for 'hands up', or even just calling the class out and stating that the girls aren't taking part and you want to hear from someone...

I don't think we need to disregard women in education just because they are currently more successful, no point evening out a gap by dragging another group down... but girls being assertive and confident is something which should certainly be encouraged as it will help them a lot going forward in life

Surely the men would also have to be in the kitchen?
Not if you have a serving hatch.

What if she's not really the submissive type? Just pick carefully.

I guess,oh I'm sure someone will come along who is exactly that type of person and I'll be just as enough for them as any exs or past girls they've dated

Wow... that sounds dumb. Umm.. usually the one person that jumps in the debate or conversation kicks off the conversation. Its more of "who speak the loudest and fastest" than gender related. I have trouble with that in school so maybe if girls really want to speak in discussions they should be louder (of that classroom)? I don't know. That rule shouldn't be necessary since if a girl wants to speak up , she will. What if the guy wants to start the debate and the girls are silent?

What about shy people? Why not make them speak first?

Why are is society so prejudiced against social anxiety sufferers? :fuhrer:
