    Obviously not in your position so don't know the whole story. You say you talk a bit and hung out, it's as simple as she either sees you as a friend or she likes you. Since you like her, then the best thing in my opinion is to make some move or show your intent, otherwise you'll be torturing yourself being "so close yet so far".
