Very sympathetic with the OP from personal and similar experience. My max was a 115 hour week and it's brutal. If you can't see a track out of your current situation then you should speak to headhunters and get options - it's what I did and now have a much better balance (with better pay).
Don't despair - I know it feels like a choice between staying as you are or leaving completely but it never is that stark.

That won't do any good. Investment banks, consulting firms and law firms are notorious for working junior staff hard; it's pretty normal to exceed contract hours. In fact, I'm sure most new hires sign themselves out of the European working hours legislation.
