    ...hang around with eachother?

Anecdotal experience suggests that attractive females/guys usually tend to sort of hang around in groups.

    Would you agree/disagree?

If you agree, why do you think this is?
I do get a lot of attention, people will invite me to places. Both guys and girls. Sometimes they hear me coming out of my flat room and they come out just to make small talk. As an attractive guy, you can basically choose who you hang around with, in a group, left alone by yourself, doesn't really matter. I choose the latter because i like things calm, also have a really attractive friend who is the same, though whenever i talk to him when he's with girls his face changes almost like he's scared ill steal the girls from him.

    Interesting perspective.

Because the others don't like you, judge you, look at you like you're stupid, don't accept you.

i would say yes but i'm not attractive
but managed to get in the zone in secondary school as i was a total loner in primary school but that was down to my general madness and quirks from the back of the bus to locker room
in college i found it was a similar mentality more than looks as a lot of people had been friends for 15 years or more

There are people that are almost universally attractive/unattractive. It's not massively subjected as such.
Yes but being "the most attractive" is some ********

i was seen as one of the most attractive in my high school/college. i just hung around with who ever didnt even care about their looks. its not really as much as the most attractive people hang around together its more the most popular hand around together.

I suppose I'm quite attractive, but in my college, it's not about looks, its about interests. I hang out with my friends because we are the only ones doing IB in my college but the others pretty much divide themselves into cliques- druggies, tumblr-girls, sporty guys, nerds, etc.

If were talking about university the majority hang out with people similar to them for example you tend to see asians and black people with their own in groups same with white people and ofcourse a mix between all three. I also noticed that well known (popular) people tend to hang around with other popular people usually promoters, party heads, society leaders etc.
So according to this I was popular. Who knew. At any rate I didn't know any promoters or party heads but then I did go to a quite geeky campus so maybe that skews things a bit

Currently at sixth form speaking here.

Um no I don't realise this- Although it's fairly obvious to distinguish from the "popular" people are and who isn't.
I guess it may be something I just don't pay attention to?

I agree. I'm not sure why.

But I do have a handsome/pretty set of friends.

Well in school it was a case of t"a*s will hang around with t"a*s and then just everyone else formed a normal circle of friends regardless of looks, and the most attractive people varied, you'd see some of them hanging around with t"a*s, because they of course are t"a*s. Then the rest pretty much scattered around with other friend groups. This was a case of mixed friend groups, occasionally those of similar ability and compatible personalities.

College, only had 3 girls in the class, and none of them I'd deem as pretty, same applies to the guys. Just 2 large friend groups of around 10 people, though 2 of the girls did hang out together. The other was a gamer so she had her own circle of friends. Outside of class don't really know what happened. I just went straight to the library and done my own thing. This was a case of people with similar/compatible personalities, and friends from school.

As for uni, I just attended lectures, then went straight home, with a few exceptions where I'd occasionally stay after for a while. So I can't really comment. Though in class, it was a case of you made friends on the first few weeks of uni, then those are the ones you're with until graduation. Though a few changes happened after Christmas when you had a better impression on people. Not really paid attention. But anything to go by in lessons, then a case of similar ability

All of that, I'd say no, from experience.

If you went to a Top 10 uni, there was no such thing as "the hot crowd".
