Nope, I don't but I do have hay fever. I think it may possibly be pollen related, because exactly this time last year I experiences a similar thing and the doctor said "it's anxiety" -_- which it wasn't. It did go away slowly. This time it feels much worse, my chest hurts so I don't know if it's the same thing. I will go to the doctors, I went for a walk and I feel a little better and I a little more relaxed.

I will go to the Dr's, I hate the Dr's
See a Chest specialist or a pulmonologist.. if the Dr's good she/ he'll take time to explain the illness to you, stuff like triggering factors and how to minimise those.

    How did it feel?
Like a conveyor belt made of sand paper was running within my chest and throat every time I breathed or attempted to swallow.

I was going to say it could be anxiety or stress related muscular painful as I feel the exact same every day and mine is due to that but if you're calm and don't excessively stress then it could be a chest infection or even something like a pulled muscle from exercising or sleeping or stretching wrong.

It sounds a bit like it (checked the NHS website for symptoms) but I don't have a dry crunching sound :/

    Oh god

If I die, I really did enjoy being on the planet

    How did it feel?
I don't think pleurisy's fatal usually, I've had it twice and it was just a case of waiting for the pain to pass really. I didn't have to go to the doctor.

Not the back pain, but I get the lung feeling when I'm nervous. I don't have anxiety, but when I watch results day videos I feel scared and get this empty yet not sufficient feeling in my lungs which makes that are sore and I can feel my heartbeat heavily and deeply with it :dontknow:
