A couple of days ago I emailed everyone in my year to ask them. Only one serious reply( and one to tell me to **** off). Pretty soul destroying.

    Hey, :hugs:

Gosh, I am so so sorry about this. Life is v cruel, agreed, but I promise you'll get through this. <3 Perhaps the people on your course are very "clique-y"? Hence why they don't wish to participate in the trip. Did you try and talk to them and build a relationship with any of them beforehand or did you just send out mass messages regarding Thorpe park? I would personally recommend that you attempt making friends with some people on your course then after you've spoken to each other a few times etc, ask them if they'd like to go with you. What about asking your flatmates? I don't think it was in any way acceptable for someone to make a comment like that though and you didn't deserve it either. ^-^ If that doesn't work out then maybe you could even go on your own then find friends/people to go on rides with when you get there? It'll still be fun! That could be a much better option and you might even enjoy yourself more. I honestly think it'd be difficult for anyone on this forum to agree to this though.

Good luck + I hope things work out for you.
