Yes foundation is a lot harder than it used to be.

There's becoming less reason for any student to do foundation unless they're grade < E.

Foundation should be for students to master the basic topics that they will need in life and learn how to tackle a mathematical problem. I'm not sure knowing the exact trig values should be part of this.

yea... not sure how that would help apart from allowing the derpy exam boards to put questions with angles in the non calc paper

I don't know of any.

I used to be very familiar with CIE IGCSE and could make predictions but not so much anymore.

I am actually so scared coz I need an A/A* to do maths at a level. I hope God just touches me on that day.
