If they wanna do that in their own homes, fair play, they can deal with the blood everywhere. If they they're walking around in public, sitting in public spaces, on bus seats, spreading their blood around the place? Not only is it causing a lot of mess for someone else to clean up, it's unhygienic and pretty disgusting.

    Plus wasn't it originally a 4chan hoax?

Eww. Just no. Periods are already messy and a pain. I don't want to deal with someone else's period blood. Can you imagine park bench soaked in period blood? That's just gross. Free bleeding sounds like an excuse to leak everywhere and be nasty. Just get a pad and make it easier for yourself and everybody else.

I don't want to ever mess up my pants from some unknown person's blood that ain't mine.

I think there was a pretty offensive rant about it on 4chan. But it definitely exists 😷

Spoil your own underwear if you want, but if it seeps through onto a bus seat or something, that's a public hygiene problem.

Also, it's a pretty childish protest. "I'm just gonna bleed everywhere because I'm not ashamed of my body! Society can't shame me!" Well I'll just stop blowing my nose and wearing deodorant then...
