Atm 235lbs, but due to being pretty inactive this year and not wanting to lose my gains I've been eating a fair bit and put on a bit of extra  Hoping to get down to a lean 190 once I'm back on it.
    Height/age? -may I ask-

For health and respect from guys. They tend to expect girls to be weak and unathletic, so much so that when I beat them at an arm wrestle they make a big deal of it and when I do 14 pull ups they say it's awesome even though it's just practice and almost anyone can train their body to be strong.

I used to go to the gym but I got bored of it now. I did make some gains whilst I was there. But now Ive got bored of it because its the same old exercise over again. Yes you can try different exercises but it still the same sort of thing.

The gym for me is not a major stress relief unless its highly intense. The only major stress relief for me is jogging, which I enjoy because I run off all the stress and only stop when im relieved.

With the gym you need to stick a to programme to gain mass, for me its not a stress relief and like I said I find it boring.

How do you keep motivated ??
Just knowing what is feels like one or two days post workout. That superhero feel. Improvement in walking, running and inner confidence. buying some nice new clothes to treat myself and have kept a few pics of when I was overweight with annotations on the back of the pic as to how I felt at that time. Hope this helps

Mood improvement, progress, frame of mind and of course, comments from others/confidence within myself.

What woody said tbh. Habit. Create Habit.
I feel so guilty and **** if i don't train. That eases after say a week which is dangerous but if i'm consistent then it will be just something i do.

The weights will increase but the effort required is the same each time.
I have put that effort in hundreds of times before now... Why can't i do it today? (That's what i tell myself)
Some sessions will be amazing and pretty enjoyable.
Others such a hard slog. That's life.

The other fact is that ive realised I wont ever be that big where my arms come out of my Tshirt looking like my arms are tight because, many use steroids. There are only a few naturals who look like that mainly due to genetics. If I want to look like steve cook its not going to happend

You can get perfectly damn big as a natural. Hell even if you're not even that big in comparison to the Steve cooks of this world a half decent bench and your arms will fill any given t-shirt

Hmm true. But still that nice look generally only comes with roids and the body that stands out in the gym or at work will be due to roids.
