No. But you may *receive* more interest from a Student Account while it is in credit.

You only ever pay interest if you are overdrawn, and even then it varies by bank.

You need to do some googling...

I think you're getting really confused here:
Because it's paid from an external source, (ie, not the bank) it shows as credit. Therefore, it won't be a -£x.xx

I think you're right. I got confused with bank overdrafts and student loans. I get it now
