For German, do past papers, and reading exercises, try this is language and languages online (websites). Also for vocabulary try and learn those pesky little words you can miss in listening exams like nur (only) and fast (almost).
For geography try and learn those case studies, and there's still time! Maybe do a topic every day, like one hour each day, and make flash cards for those case studies.
