    it already has dissolved in dilute solution so there's no point (oh and to save cost) but for bromine concentrated ammonia solution is used coz it doesnt dissolve in dilute solution

    when the measuring apparatus is used twice. as in initial and final. eg. thermometer. we take the initial reading and then a final reading. so the error is multiplied by 2
