    You look normal as a non-lifter.
    A bit on the more chubby side but frankly still in the normal range.
    Can't see your back..
    Most guys hold fat in their lower abs/lower back .... but its all genetics
    on where people store fat.

    :giggle: sorry, the word "jiggle" made me chuckle.

    Losing weight is pretty much 70% diet 30% exercise. I also read a post that said you ate 3 pizzas at once!? Yeah, maybe don't do that for a while.

    Try to limit the amount of saturated fats and sugars you eat, incorporate more vegetables and fruits into your diet and try to drink only water.

    Maybe do some cardio? I dunno, perhaps going on a run? Not too versed on exercise tbh.
