I thought the paper was really good apart from the last 6 marker because i didn't revise anything about liquid paraffin

Did you draw out the paraffin experiment as shown in the revision guide. eg. mineral wool and porcelain chips? and then go on to explain and talk about cracking into shorter molecules such as petrol and how alkenes can be used to form plastics?


I didn't draw it out, I just explained it and why companies crack them , which Is because it's in more demand etc, and I didn't talk really using it to make alkenes.

Best to focus on the upcoming exams. Not excited about next week! English lit on Monday, P1 on Wednesday, Maths on Thursday and English lit again on Friday!

i doubt it, the mark schemes are always really broad on unit ones. Plus you probably put enough points from the mark scheme for that to be no big deal.
