When my best friend died. I didn't cry at first but when the realisation sunk in, I cried for weeks and it broke my heart, it gave me such a terrible headache but it allowed me to release my feelings.

Probably when my parents dropped me off at uni. Went out with flatmates on the first night, my mum called and told me to text her when I was in. Got in around 3am, texted mum, turned on the light and that's when I realised that I was all alone.
Cried the next day too. Before my family left, we went to tesco to do a big shop. I had finished the strawberry milk and I wanted another one so I decided to go to Tesco but I didn't know my way and got lost. I cried because of that lol, bit pathetic.
