Light Blue Topaz, or Sapphire. Blue is my favorite colour. Although Emerald is also quite nice.

I love moonstone and labrodarite. Also a massive fan of aquamarines and emeralds.

I like stones that have a lot of colour variation in them; then your jewellery really is unique. I work in jewellery and I swear, I spend my shifts just staring at pretty stones :ahee:

I studied them a couple of years ago as part of my degree. Would have to say diamond. Boring I know. But they are fascinating.

    What do you reckon James

while i like a lot of stones diamonds are the best as even the bad ones look pretty nice whereas you have to get the best with other stones so tahitian pearls, columbian emerald, burmese ruby or Ceylonese sapphire
the only advantage of the other is price you can buy a few carat piece for a couple of hundred pounds a diamond will be seen in the trade a few grand for a bad one

If you think that there are such things as birthstones, you are wrong. They were just made up by advertisers in order to sell more jewelry, lol. So don't fall for that, lol.

Blue sapphire is my favorite gemstone. When considering the gemstone to use for your engagement, new year and Christmas. the best choice you can make is to pick the blue sapphire ring by "Crescent Gems".
