    The psychologist in me wants to point to the 'Yerkes-Dodson Law' which basically says that a certain level of stress is needed to increase attention and our performance in a task; too little or too much can lead to impaired performance; so yes some stress can be good for us

    Yes it can, you can a huge amount of work done, stick to a deadline knowing you have something to get done and it can give you so much energy

    I think a bit of pressure is good, because sometimes it helps you to see sense, however, a lot of pressure, can make a person stressed, which can have negative health effects.
    I was quite pressured and stressed by exams the past couple of weeks, and by not being able to deal with it, I have had quite bad hair loss, and it has made me insecure.
    For dealing with this, I would say, that you should always look on the bright side, meditation can help, and find a quiet place, alone where you can rest and let these thoughts out, and generally, put your mind off them and just have FUN!
