Sorry to hear this ! This does sound very worthy of extra marks to me .. you were clearly concerned about you health and you couldn't concentrate on the exam .. speak to your head of year and exams officer and they should apply for special consideration ( extra marks ) and it will probably be around 5-6% extra marks
