    60k flats in our building have recently sold for, can't find our exact flat on zoopla:P Apparently in 2006 they were worth 120k.

    Our family house only has 4 rooms yet it's valued at £1.3Million because of the stupid expensive city it's in

    Kensington can cost £28m for a mansion... while in other countries it mostly costs £3m
