Most fruit juice counts as a serving I think

an innocent smoothie is 2 servings!

5-10, depending on the day. I eat a lot of fruit, and also have ~3 portions of veg with my dinner. This suggests that I'm very healthy, but I also eat ridiculous quantities of chocolate.

It's sugar from fruit. They don't add anything to it so by your logic eating fruit is unhealthy.

    Don't worry about sugar!!

    A few.

Usually have a couple of vegetables, a kale shake, and one or two pieces of fruit.

Also take multivitamins to make sure that I hit all my micros regardess.

I can't stand fruit so like 1 (grapes mainly)
Veg- can get 7/8 servings of that a day and just eat it constantly
