    yesss i go on mumsnet sometimes when i research about dermatology things, im doing history now and i keep reading more about what hitler did and stuff :hoppy: but yes i consider this revision because the more you know, the more you'll able to get a bigger picture of the topic in exams :P

    Here is the AQA AS markscheme for the question:

    Peptide bonds are hydrolysed by proteases
    Endopeptidases hydrolyse the bonds in the central region of the protein.
    Exopeptidases remove the terminal amino acids from the peptide bonds
    Disaccharidases break down disaccharides into amino acids.
