Yeh, because the last one in 2008 wasn't too bad.
I would like to be able to have a house.

Like, just, at all. Way it's looking, our generation will never be able to afford a home.

What makes you think a Poor Polish or Romanian is stopping you from affording a house? DO you think they are buying up all the land?

The reality is that the Government is artificially inflating house prices by keeping building rates low. That is why in 2014, there were fewer houses built even with record housing prices in more than 20 years.

Are you retarded or just pretending

A combination of pressure on housing, housing services, the previous generation buying up most of the property and now only renting it to our generation and the housing market bubble are the reasons that we will never be able to afford a home.

If the Remain camp want to tout that housing prices will fall in a cynical bid to scare the renting generation into voting to stay, then I'm happy to use that as a reason to convince our generation to leave.

In other words....nothing to do with the EU. It is your Dad's fault.

You can also use the banking crisis to leave after the housing crisis, like last time. That worked really well!

No, it is to do with the EU too. Blocking state aid means it's harder for us to fund the building of more homes, money we send to the EU could be used to build more homes, a lower rate of immigration means fewer homes have to be built to satisfy the demand.

    [email protected] state aid.

Now, you are just making things up as you are going along.

The EU State Aid rules only matter if it affects "intra-state" trade. Obviously building houses does not affect Germany and etc.

The same way that subsidizing rail costs for Train companies does not.

Because only UK companies are capable of building homes?
There has literally NEVER been construction in this country carried out by an EU company.
    Okay.

    Okay.
The UK can subsidize any company that decides to build whether it is UK based or EU based. If it wants to.

Just vote Remain. You know it is best.

Absolutely not, no amount of economy is going to convince me to sell my democracy.
