What did you guys put for a feature of the development section?

Its based on the first subject of the exposition
I'm sure it is fine because it means 5 in Roman numerals

Would putting V be fine?

Not so sure on that as 'V' is generally used for cadences and not Scales but not sure. But yeah it does mean 5 so it might be accepted

Do you think I'm right for saying that is goes through the circle of fifths?
What did you guys put for what the double bass does in miles davis- strum or pluck the riff?

Do you mean in Electric Counterpoint? In All Blues I think it asked about playing chords/one bar riff by bow/plucked.

8. Rag Desh:

Which string instrument plays? - Sarangi/Sitar (I think is correct)

What is the mood of the piece? - ??? "Rag desh is supposed o be played at night during rainy season. It's meant to give the feeling of romance and devotion" I assume thats the answer?

Name two parts of the Alap?- Drone, no pulse or beat/other accompaniment, notes of chosen rag are introduced

What is the rhythmic cycle called? - Tala

3. Peripetie
I think it was the french horn that played first.

4. Electric Counterpoint
The true/false thing was
It changes metre - true
The tempo increases - false
It does not change key -false
It is polyphonic - true

5. Davis
The first bit I said was the link. The part where the trumpet comes in is the head.

7. Yiri
I put ostinato and solo. For the changing the pitch thing, I wrote 1. where you hit the drum (ie. in the middle or on the rim) and 2. I wrote there's a part you can slide to change the pitch, which is kinda true but a better answer is that you squeeze it.

8. Rag Desh
The string instrument is the sarangi - there's no sitar

Not saying you wrong but for yiri isn't it only the djembe and talking drums that play the ostinato?

There was a question on it way back in 2010 or 2011 - there's definitely an balaphon ostinato so I put that but I don't know if it was in the extract!

Does anyone know what the tonality of "fire" was in Grace? I put major because I sung the interval in my head and it sounded more like a major scale.

Plus do you think I will get a mark for saying "5th degree" for Chopin? I was going to put dominant down but I was afraid that I got the wrong name haha

Me& my friends put chromatic for the 'fire' in Grace?
There were four like melodies on the ending flute part in peripetie, was it the first one??
