# AQA MM1B - Mechanics 1 2016 [Unofficial Mark Scheme] - Tuesday 21st June watch

1. I used t = 12.04s and came out with 105.7m, would this still get the marks?

You should still get the marks tbh
Maybe drop one at the most but I don't see why they won't give you the marks.
3. you know that t(6 marks). too vague. How exactly did you find the time by using velocity vectors

I've attached some solutions to the MS.
There are two methods I know of so far,
Method 1 - scalar multiples, find k and therefore solve for t
Method 2 - equal gradients therefore Velocity vector A (J/I) = Velocity vector B (J/i)
And solve for t.

58-61 marks out of 75 should be roughly 86-92 UMS?
I've got Q8 wrong lol but still hoping for full/near full if I haven't messed up too much on little things like nearest degree etc.

do you have like a link to the actual markscheme
Should be on AQA website (haven't checked). Although even if it is, we can't access it. You'd need some type of AQA authorization for it. Your college tutors should have access I think.
