    My mum's from up North and even though I'm from London/Essex I've still picked up bits from her accent. All my friends find it histerical (sp) that I say yer, instead of year. I don't even realise I'm saying it like that but they seem to pick up on it :rolleyes: Does anyone else say yer, and if you say yer/year enough it sounds funny
    i dont. i wish i had a different accent though, i really like listening to people talk with one. esp if they are from scotland or birmingham!
