I believe there was something of a contretemps between the CIA (Obama was a Remainer) and MI5 in a car park in Sheffield
Can confirm that CIA loves Meadowhall, but they really miss the Sheffield ski village.

It's satire, but some people absolutely did vote because they thought it wouldn't win.
For a 2-choice FPTP referendum, voting for anything other than your intended first choice is breathtakingly stupid. I have zero sympathy for anyone that clueless.

The confusion may have arisen because they were allocated Manchester - the BND were given Sheffield and MI5 and 6 were supposed to be in Leeds. The FSB were allocated Hull, but they got drunk and ended up in Portsmouth.

DGSE were offered the cinque ports, but they got offended and went off in a huff after seeing a Cafe Rouge on the high street.

French security has always mainly been about lobbing CS gas and beating people up.
