    Easier in the sense of individual skill however Overwatch is a lot more team reliant in winning. TF2 a good player could easily carry a team however in Overwatch if you have even a few incompetent players (a lot of people in this game when queuing with randoms) in your team then it is very hard for a good player to carry.
