    Your and you're.
    There, their and they're.

    In your opinion, that is.

I would say the use of "loose" in a context in which "lose" is supposed to be used. Then there is "should of" instead of "should have", "would of" instead of "would have", etc.

Oh, and "effected" instead of "affected".
    To/Too, Your/You're and all I before e except after c words.

I'll admit that it does annoy me (incorrect uses of a homonym/homophone/homograph etc.), but I just can't be bothered explaining to people anymore and stopped pointing out grammatical errors a long time ago. If it's also a giant wall of text, then I'll either say something or ignore it completely.

    "ECT".

Unless you're talking about electric shock therapy, it's "etc".

The main thing that really annoys me is text speak. The rest of the time, I tend to enjoy making fun of their grammar and embarrassing them too much to be really annoyed.

I must say, the habit that the younger generations seem to have of leaving the 'ly' off certain adverbs is particular annoying.

Just a lack of using commas. Having to re-read someone's message about three to four times just to understand the context each word is being used in is the worst.

"Based off of..." No, it's based on. I see this far too often.

"Your" instead of "you're" is another.

I blame the internet for a lot of people's bad grammar. It spreads bad habits.

Definitely the lack of understanding regarding the difference between 'your' and 'you,re.'
Also, inability to phrase language appropriately, often due to pure laziness.
