With the steam though, it's supposed to kill nasty bacteria and give an energised feeling after your uterus has been cleaned.

The uterus and the vagina are two different things lol. Steaming does not always = cleaning. If it was bad for the body then it wouldn't be allowed to be done

Your uterus DOES NOT NEED CLEANING. It sounds frankly dangerous. I'm sure the "energised feeling" is relief that it's all finished.

Given that your uterus is beyond the vagina, which is pretty well air tight (unless ... well, you get the picture) and that steam is not going to work its way through the cervix, and that messing about with vaginal fauna is a really bad idea (it looks after itself) I would say this is rubbish put about by con merchants as something which is good for you, based upon no evidence and supported by stupid slebs. If you want to cleanse your uterus, leave it alone. It knows what it's doing.
Quite why anybody ever thought that steam cleaning a vagina was a good idea is utterly beyond me. Save your forty quid and laugh in the face of anyone who says they are doing this.
