    For biceps, i'd probably recommend starting off with 6kg, 10 reps, 3 sets. once you can do it, move up to the next kg and do the same thing. Eventually, start doing bench press, leg workouts and the rest and continue progressing with weights.

    m9 I was borderline underweight until I started exercising

    I use a rowing machine daily and I ain't exactly unfit
