    No, I wouldn't, because I like horses. I mean I like pigs too, but I already know how unbelievably delicious they are, so I can't help myself. In other words, I don't want to get hooked on horse.

    I don't see a problem with it. I don't view horses as any different from other animals that we eat, like pigs. A lot of people view ''smarter'' animals as pets and feel guilty eating them, but pigs are proven to be smarter than horses and even dogs, so the argument is not really valid. I mean, I've never had horse meat before so if offered the choice between say, bacon and horse meat, I'd probably choose bacon.
