    Non serious answer: Fitness pizza in my mouth

    Serious answer: overhead press since I can finally progess it now, deadlifts only when I get a PR tho, squat after I do the actual squats, bicep curls

    From a technical standpoint, probably squats, do enjoy benching too though

    All of them are favourites. All in my program at the moment (i mostly do the basics along with chin ups). No arsing about with curls

    Yeah at the moment. I'm finding it the best book by far to improve my technique and get my strength up (after months of being out after injury). Before i struggled like hell to even squat 60. At the moment i'm squatting 110.

    Used to love the Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press machine at my old gym, best chest gains I ever had and it was fun to use. They don't have one at my current gym
