I enjoy drinking on my own, is this worrying?

Remember when I was at uni one of my housemates was on his placement year and he'd bring home a bottle of wine every night - sometimes he'd drink it when he was with us but usually it was just in his room by himself.

I can't drink on my own, it just feels weird.
